classic enterprises quality stuff??
« on: February 18, 2015, 02:52:56 PM »
later on, I will be in the market for some sheet metal for my 3A.  the main things I will be needing is floor pans, passenger rear fender body panel, cargo area pan, and the hat channel for driver and pass sides.  I was looking at what classic enterprises has to offer.  has anyone bought from them, or heard anything about them.  I'm wanting quality parts.  not interested at all in sub-standard parts no matter how inexpensive they are.

I have not purchased from them myself but I've heard nothing but good things about Classic Enterprises. A local friend of mine just yesterday installed a CJ-2A rear quarter panel from them. It was dead-on perfect. I did inspect the panel and it's very high quality. As is standard for CE, it was signed by whoever created it.

I've purchased a few items from CE.  Nice stuff.

The rear quarters, the small valance under the tailgate opening and the floor riser.  Also, the 4 rear body mount brackets.  All were excellent...and all signed by the maker! :)

I purchased their rear floor,  hat channels and a few other smaller parts.    I was very pleased with fit, etc.

I also really like that made in USA, and it was cool to have them signed by maker.

FWIW I bought a floor riser from Walck's and I was very happy with it. I think they make their own too.

I like the looks of Walck's floor panels, as they extend up the toe board area..it all depends on what you need of course....

I have bought a lot from Classic and it's all been good. He also is interested in what people want/need and has expanded his line a lot over the years.
