Bodytub identification

Hi fellows,

 I hope to don�t disturb you with this message, as I don�t remember is I have posted it previously.

 I  managed to save this from the crusher, with the kindful help of my friend David Guardia, who drove his own truck to the scrapyard. The brass dataplate at the firewall says: 452-GB1 12207.

  

 

 

  

  

  

  








In fact, it comes from this particular jeep!

It's hard to believe they were going to crush it. The tub is in much better shape than mine. It's a nice looking Jeep, are you going to do a full restoration or just get in good running shape?

Looks like a nice 1952 CJ-3A tub you have there.

Hi fellows,

 Many, many thanks for your kindful answers. Well, there�s a long story behind the jeep and the tub, too.   As in all Willys jeeps!

 This one came from the Willys CJ3A of my fellow jeeper J. Elkarte, who�s posing with his jeep and latest pic. After several years of hard use of the jeep, he decided to get a repro tub, and I managed to get for him a MD Juan sample. So, I got an agreement with him to buy the red one, or the original, if you prefer.  The one which came with my jeep was in a real bad shape, really rusted after being parked for 6 years at open air...
