Unidentified white coating on body parts...
« on: January 04, 2013, 09:24:52 AM »
Something strange happened to my DJ3A last night while I was sleeping. Can anyone tell me what this strange white stuff is all over my jeep? It looks like cotton but trust me, it is NOT.

Here's a closeup..

It's not cotton, it's cotton CANDY.
Taste it. You'll like it.
Especially with maple syrup. ;D

From my expertise from dealing with the stuff, I would say that it is dihydrogen monodixe that has reached a temperature of or below 32F in the upper atmosphere and the frozen crystals began to bond together. As the mass accumulated, the crystals became too heavy and fell to earth. Just my take on the phenomena.  :o  ;D

I think that may be more snow than we have received here on the front range of Colorado.
