Up front 7.50 x 16 tires with big lugs will likely rub and catch on the leaf springs unless you limit the steering angle. This is due to mainly tire diameter and a little extra tire width.
At rear the 7.50 x 16” tires will possibly rub paint off the inside of the wheelhouse whenever one side of axle is fully stuffed. I would expect that the lift has little if any influence to negate the tire from rubbing.
