Speedometer questions

I have a 1952 CJ3A and wanted lit gauges.  Ordered some off of EBay and lo and behold they came from India.  Nice looking, but that's about all.  My Speedometer is reading about 1/2 of actual.  Is it possible to change the gearing in the transfer case to make up for this?

Is your transfer case the Dana Spicer 18?  If so, I don't think you have an option for a different gear.

Is the needle steady at speed on the new speedometer, or is it bouncing around?

Those are pretty neat gadgets.  Do you know if any actually fit a Dana 18?
