INTERCHANGING WAGON PARTS ON CJ3A

WOULD ANY OF YOU KNOW IF WAGON FENDERS, FRAME PARTS WOULD FIT ON A CJ3A?

Station wagon sheet metal and frames are not interchangeable with CJ-3A components.
