Hello from Ohio
« on: December 21, 2016, 02:05:47 PM »
Hi all! Just this past summer my father and my two brothers acquired a 1950 CJ3a and decided to fix her up.  There is pictures of her when we first got her home. We have been working hard to get this beast back into working shape. She had sat for a while without being run, but we had no trouble getting it started with minor work. This project has been a lot of fun so far and we look forward to the day when we can drive it.

We took that top off of it, it is a really well made top but we don't really want it. I've made another post in for sale if anyone is interested.

It will drive like a dream without all of that iron and top mounted on it - shaved some weight there.  Have a great time working on it.  Welcome to the group!

That would be an easy bake oven top down here. I was born in Massillon but moved to Florida in 1967. Nice project
