Is this 3B is shield frame stock or has it been modified?

ABN,
It appears to be a venting w/s.  Not many here in the states but more common on exports.  I don't see everything that should be there on yours, so it's difficult to tell whether it's original or modified.  Look here for some examples:

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. I think I’m missing the frame and hinges.
