Others may chime in but that one doesnt look good enough to dress up.  I see some teeth with chunks out of them.

I am no  expert but the chunks out of the teeth would scare me too. The worn edges on the front not as much as damage down the sides of the teeth.

Replace. Not worth the risk of another small piece coming off and going between gears. Ouch.  :o
