Cutlas Hub
« on: October 02, 2013, 09:07:05 PM »
First of many questions. Does anyone know how the version of the Cutlas Hub I have pictured works? I have searched around and found references to the Cutlas Hubs and various pictures and diagrams, but nothing quite like this one.
I did try and rotate it via grabbing the knurled area, but no luck. Thanks

There is a lock and unlock position. It help if you can move the wheel while trying to turn it. It is hard to engage sometimes.

Thanks.  Getting a good grip and some elbow grease got the locking mechanism to move. A few times back-and-forth and things were pretty smooth.
