Winter ride in Southern Utah
« on: February 08, 2014, 05:21:08 PM »

About once a month I awaken my hibernating CJ and take it for a drive till the engine temp is up to normal and the gear boxes have had some oil circulated a bit.  You usually only see my Jeep's photo on a summer trail but here is one of today's drive.

We are not competing for low temps with some of you up there in the Midwest and Northeast.  As you can see we do get a little snow in the mountains (and certainly need more this year).

See you again in the summer.

Looking good, Calvin, thanks for checking in.

Just curious - did the entire journey today take place on the sidewalk?   ;D

Ryan,
Just so you know, my Jeep is an "Off Road Vehicle".  I certainly dont what it to get soft by driving on the road.

So that's where the old saying comes from, "if you don't like the way I drive stay off the sidewalk" ;D

Beautiful picture - I never get tired of seeing this jeep and the scenery that goes along with it.

I'm soooooo jealous!
