It that an overdrive on the back of the T/C?

Would it be any use in a CJ or is it too long?

  Borg-Warner overdrive, commonly seen as part of the transmission on two-wheel drive vehicles from the late '40s to the early '70s. Installed as shown, it would only be useable in 2-wheel drive, and would cause the rear driveshaft to be mighty short.   BW

I see now...it only affects the rear drive shaft...would make for some interesting 4x4 driving!
