Okay, got it figured out. Step 1 cut the plug off the scanner and connect 1 lead to the high beam positive headlight terminal, connect 1 lead to the #3 sparkplug wire, ground 1 lead to the bottom of the bell crank. Step 2 disconnect battery, jack up right front wheel 2 inches, turn headlight switch on for 3 minutes, sound horn twice. Now the scanner reads as follows- Code# $$$4,200 ( repair/replace rusty tub) Code#$$$120 (repair/replace rusty tailgate) Code#$$$200 (replace broken windshield glass) Code#$$$600 (replace 5 NDT tires and tubes) Code# $$$450 ( replace original Emerald Green paint- note- bright yellow may be acceptable option)
At this point the scanner ran out of battery. I wish Id spent a little more money and bought the one that actually make the repairs instead of just talking about it.

Anyway, time to put the Jeep aside and go figure out which coil pack is going on my Ford truck this time.
