I've been going around on this lately. I believe that straight 140W is the best choice, that's what Walck's advises too. I feel the corn head grease alone won't provide adequate splash and lubrication especially for the king pin bearings.

Hi, New member here in PA. Recently bought a 50' 3A, had 2 CJ5s previously. This was a frame off restoration done 95%.Learning the details of my old Jeep and making repairs as needed. Will be rebuilding steering and possibly the carb over the winter.
