I am in search of the following CJ-3A parts if anyone wants to try and make a deal prior to NH:

Useable OEM intake/exhaust manifolds. Must have working heat riser and no cracks or repairs. I want something I can bolt on and go.

3A windshield frame with good glass and working vent.

Working Trico vacuum wiper for drivers side.

If anyone is looking for anything let me know too.

Here's a few pics from Saturday's Rausch Creek Adventure.

JeepFever making it look easy.

The rest can be found here:

I still have hours of video to sort through.

Loaded up and headed out! Rausch Creek tomorrow and The Great Willys Picnic on Sunday! Managed to fit about half of what I wanted to bring but I'll be happy if I don't inadvertently jettison any of it on the highway.

Weather looks good with a few minor exceptions. Anyone know if entry-level Wal-Mart tents are generally tornado rated?

It's looking like July 11 is the date that works best for everyone. Mark it on your calenders!

Weekends of July 18, 25, and Aug 1 are no good for me. I'm in any other time. Let's do this!

I'd like to go to this but I don't have a trailer to get down there.

That's what U-Haul is for!

First off, I had a blast this year and I had a blast last year. If we continue to do the same trails every year I will still keep coming back for more.

HOWEVER, since you have asked, segments of the trail were a little rougher than I would have tackled on my own. I did sustain some body damage on my M38 (in addition to the tree falling on me LOL) . I don't really care since that tub is shot anyways but if I had brought a nicer Jeep it would have been a little disheartening.

It is fun to pick your way across some rocks but listening to the "THUNK" of one against the frame or tub isn't quite as exciting. I think if we want to expand this ride at all we may need to throttle back on the boulder climbs. I'm guessing the guys in the M151's won't be back next year, which would be a shame since they are REALLY cool rigs. I'd like to see this get bigger each year but if people are damaging their rides it will have the opposite effect. I hate to see it totally watered down too and I know it's a delicate balance.

Just my $0.02.

Whichever ever route you choose next time I'll be there regardless.
