"Original"-- Technical Questions, Answers, Observations / Jeep CJ3A Certification document - for use of car registration in France

Dear Jeep Willys community.
I am the happy and proud owner of a CJ3A based in France.
My car went through a complete restauration, changing from a diesel Indenor engine to the gasoline powered GoDevil.
The car registration states diesel engine. In France, every 4 years you need to undergo a technical testing of the car at registered and specialized shops. Due to the fact I changed engines, the car is not compliant anymore with its official registration stating diesel engine. As I can not get the technical test passed, I can have my car insured, as the two are linked. To solve this problem I then need to have the car registered again by the French authorities. To do so, they require a letter from the manufacturer stating that the GoDevll engine is an original engine for a Jeep CJ3A.
Does the community know of a Jeep Willys department part of actual Jeep company to whom I could reach out to so that request this document?
I need to have confirmation from the manufacturer that the GODevil engine is a compliant and original engine for a Jeep Willys CJ3A.
Your good help and advice is welcome so that for me to allow for the car to be registred again and therefore to being able insuring it and enjoy driving.
