Title: Howdy from Calif!
Post by: Eddie on June 26, 2014, 12:08:54 AM
Howdy all, just joined. Got turned on to the site from a fellow over on the 3B forum. I was looking for some Selectro hubs for my 62 CJ3B and he told me about a nice set for sale here. Thanks Brett for setting me up! It is a 1962 US Navy 3B and I intend to restore it to semi original, doing just safety mods and few things to make it my own. I have never owned a 3A, but that don't mean it won't happen. I was bitten by the Jeep bug at a young age. I grew up in the back seat of my Dad's 55 CJ5 and later in his purchased new 73 CJ5. I have owned quite a few Jeeps over the years. A 1948 CJ2A, 1991 Wrangler (my first new car), my 3B, 1972 Commando with a 4.0 transplant, and about 6 other Jeepsters 66-73 and a few Willys PUs and Wagoneers. Not to mention my workhorse a 1975 J20. I have been reading and enjoying a lot of the info and builds here on the forum. I look forward to reading more. You can never absorb enough Jeep info!!! Thanx!!!

Yeah, same with me and here I am, an Admin on this site. Go figure. It's a good place with good guys and no flaming.

Welcome! Even if it's not a 3A, you can still post pictures of your 3B! We love pictures.
