Hello fellow jeepers, I am currently working on a cj3b. This 3B has the optional ten leaf springs in front. Drive train front axle Dana 25 5.38:1 gear and Dana 44 rear axle, 5.38:1.

She is currently in storage, where it has been sitting for 30 years. Before that it sat in a field. The memories of me and my friends pretending to be driving it or just checking it out. Before that I remember riding around in this Jeep with my father. I inherited it from him a few years ago and I am going to cherish her, along with all my memories. The biggest surprise I have found is the engine isn't correct. It's a classic swap not unusual for these old jeeps. Also found out that I have the optional ten springs in the front, along with the 5.38:1 gearing.

Finally found the date of manufacturer on my engine.

So this jeep is a family inheritance. Makes it even more special. Did the top do any favors in preserving the interior? 30 yrs in a field is rough.
