Due to issues beyond my control I have been absent from my work for the last four weeks. In light of these issues I must announce that unless you and I have already agreed for me to work on your carburetor or pump, or you have a warranty claim, I must decline any new work for the foreseeable future. I will continue to be available for consultation and advice.

Scott, I'm so sorry to hear of that.  It seems the "good guys" are becoming less available with their "knowledge and experience and quality of work" from today's services.
