Gary,
I've seen mostly aftermarket turn signals.  My 3B Parts Manual shows a different part number (#94546) for the entire kit and even labels it as Sparton.  This kit specifies fabric covered wires and had a later kit with plastic covered wires.

I've seen a few images of jeeps with a Sparton turn signal fastened to the steering column.

The one I have is after market, so I'd also be interested in seeing what information this turns up.

Nice NOS!

I did a quick search for that stock number (I couldn't find it in my PM).  Two vendors listed it.  Jeepsterman and KW.  Both indicated it could be for CJ3B, Jeepsters, trucks and SW.  I think they may be trying to cover their bases.  One thing I noted that both listed is these lenses are for the "one mounting hole style).  I think that detail is more telling that adding a whole bunch of models that it may fit.

The CJ3B (I'm pretty sure on the 3A too) there are two holes - both on the housing and on the bezel that holds the lens in place (I don't really know which the above vendors are referencing).  So, whatever these fit, I suspect if the diameter is correct and the bezel being used can clamp it down securely, it may work.

Ironically, my jeep only had one taillight cutout on the driver's side rear panel, i.e. no turn signals.  It was purchased with a second taillight already added.  The parking lights that came with it had two wires (one cloth the other plastic).  At some point, a PO swapped those parking lights in also.  The mounting studs matched and they work.  I've since got the wiring done and the aftermarket turn signal connected to get it all working.  What Vintage Wiring supplied me with are the wires to rewire the housing with a double contact for a dual filament wire.  I had to do the actual work to get them rebuilt.

Hopefully, someone with an actual factory turn signal with add to this.

For a stock 3A you can simply use a Signalstat 800 turn signal switch.  It will work with the original single filament front marker lights.  Add a second taillight if needed.  You can use amber LEDs v for the front, 51 base, along with a electronic LED flasher ( either 6 or 12 volt).  Just need to change a couple of wires.  You can usually find a good 800 on eBay.
