Title: Grote Turn Signal Switch
Post by: Mytwojeeps2020 on July 04, 2021, 08:55:23 AM
Does anyone have experience with this turn signal? The instructions on Amazon say it is made in USA and even though it’s rated 24volts it will work on 12.

Thanks!

None at all.  I would think that any switch would work on any voltage rated system since it's just wires and connectors --- except for the installed bulb and the flasher.  Those two items will be voltage specific.

That link you provided shows a signal switch that appears to have a lot of plastic components.  At first, I thought it was a replacement for a steering column switch that would fit in a car.  While you're shopping, I'd suggest comparing with a Truck Lite 900 that has an all metal construction on the outside (I"ve been inside mine but now can't remember if the internals have any plastic at all).  I see them listed on Amazon as well.

Good enough, Russ. Thanks! A TL900 is on the way to me.
