Looking for dimensions to fab a new 3A front bumper.. my old one was a C-Channel with snow plow mounts. Specifically hole locations and diameters and over all dimensions. Am down to the short rows on re-build. A quick hand sketch would be great.

Barry,
I thought someone would have added something to your thread by now. Since my skills aren't up to this level, I purchased one ready to install. Did you get what you needed?

Still looking for the info. We have fab capability so hard to spend the $$ for something from off shore.

Not sure how much it costs (raw materials, machinery, tools, labor, etc) but here's my rough numbers pulled off my bumper:
From 1954 CJ3B (assuming the frame/bumper is the same)
length 46"
height 4" (may be closer to 4 1/8")
frame holes centered on rails but from outer edge approx. 9 1/4"
the large hole for crank nut is 1" dia and approx. 21 1/2" from the drivers edge and 1 1/4" up from bottom edge
on my bumper there were 4 other holes (don't know what they're for) and slots for a license plate on the passenger side. There are also curved ends (very slight - don't know how to measure that) on the outer 3'-4" of each end.
Another option:

down near the bottom, US made, $85.
Good luck HTH.

Thanks for the info... this is enough to go on.
