Hello friends,

Hi Dinesh,
I can help you with this. In fact, the picture you posted is a photo I took of my engine a few years ago. I am work right now, but will try to remember to mess with it tonight. One thing most of us would recommend is to bite the bullet and replace the front engine plate with the 3A style. This is a lot of work though.

Hi Dinesh,
I don't have a spare.  I just have this one.  I'm going to hang on to it for now.  These are a little crude, but should give you most of what you need.  Whatever you build, it doesn't need to be this precise.   A square chunk of metal with three drilled holes and different size bolts would work.  Even an "S-shaped piece of flat steel could work.

I was thinking heavy wall square tube stock with interior 1/4 ID tube spacer/support for the middle bolt hole..

That's some great information AtHawk.
Appreciate the details you have covered in the pictures.
Do consider my request just in case you think of parting with it.
Regards.
Dinesh

This type of idea is why we keep you around Rick!!

I'm sorry Dinesh.  It's a unique and somewhat rare Willys part.  I polished it and display it on a shelf in my office.  Parting with it would be painful. ;)
