Found a good way to fill front knuckles for anyone interested. Thought i would check mine last night and had no way to fill them. So I came across an bottle of Fast Orange hand cleaner that I had bought at Walmart. It pumps the heavy hand cleaner out just fine so I thought why not. It worked great on the thick stuff I use from Mobil. No mess and pumped it full with no guess work. All I used was the pump part after purging the cleaner out.

How much lube does it take for the knuckles? And what grade would you suggest? Thanks in advance....

I have read about 8 ounces. I just filled mine to the fill plug with a 140 wt. heavy oil from chevron. Really thick heavy stuff but not grease. It will run if given enough time. Many say you can also use John Deere corn-head grease. Chassis grease is not a good option as it pushes away from the moving parts making it about useless. I suppose the heavy oil will be slung up on the upper king pin bearing so it does not fail.
