I am thinking about adding a 2.5 Superlift to my 3a. I am currently running 31x10.5s with the slightly longer H shackles on 15x8 wheels. (I broke one of the original c style shackles a long time ago when I was running 32x11.5s and replaced them all.) I really like the look of that size tire on these little jeeps and the lift would allow me to run those without all the rubbing and hitting of the front springs while turning. The problem is that 32x11.5s are getting hard to find unless I change to a 16 wheel and run a 265/75.
I have heard that the superlift runs a little tall, so I have been wondering if I could get away with a 33x10.5. Has anyone had experience with a 33x10.5 on a 3a? Has anyone had experience with 32x11.5s and 33x10.5s and would like to throw in their opinion? I am also wondering if I would have to add more lift to run the 33s. The jeep has an f-head motor so there is a hole in the hood. I have also been thinking of adding a 1 body lift to remove the hole.
Also, I would love to see pictures of your jeeps with 32's or 33's on them. Thanks.
