Guys I forgot what the non brass eating oil is for the transmission....    GL1. Or GL5???


Or am I totally off of base?

GL-1 or GL-4...the GL-5 is supposed to be the brass eater....

I think I'll try GL-1 for the next change...at least here(from Napa) it is less than half the price of GL-4

Yep, GL-1 is what I use for my tranny/trans case.  The local NAPA was more than happy to start keeping 3-5 gallons on hand for me when I need it.  If you need the NAPA part numbe let me know.
