Title: Clutch linkage rusted and snapped
Post by: Jesse on April 09, 2012, 05:17:05 PM
....Yeah, what it says. I just got back from a 100-ish mile trip and the first clutch linkage snapped right off in the driveway the next day. Whoops. Anywho might be something to look at, mine must have had an imperfection or some such since there was a little pocket of rust on both ends of the broken linkage.

As always, don't forget to bring bailing wire.

What part of the linkage broke?

The first rod connected to the main shaft, the one that has pins holding it in place
