Title: Rear hub question

When your installing a rear hub, should you put any type of lube or neverseize on the spindle or keyway?

No, install dry. If you want to lube it for rust prevention then wipe it with an oily rag and then wipe it off with a clean rag. Both the axle and the hub tapers.
