Title: Windshield mounting

What is the correct order of assembly for the windshield mounting brackets and wahers? I have a flat washer, a thin tension washer along with the shoulder bolt.
Does one of the washer go under the windshield frame?

The flat washer goes on the outside of the windshield frame arm and the wave washer goes on the inside of the windshield frame arm.

Thanks for the info. I'll post some pictures as I get closer to having everything reassembled.
