Mike,
The second link cut off the last part of your link. Cut/Paste got me to the other to compare.
I'll confess, I stared for a while and I think I see the diff. Cheap one is suffix -K1 and the more expensive is suffix -K2.
Both say they fit the same vehicles. The difference I see is the more expensive kit has "period correct hangers." Look close and you'll see the diff (the cheaper kit has generic hangers).
BTW I'm using generic hangers on mine. They'll need a plate or large washer up top of the rubber dampener to anchor it properly and keep it from tearing loose when attaching to the frame.

so the more expensive kit would be my best option as its a direct bolt on no mods or extra pieces needed

IMHO, it would be correct if you are after an accurate restoration. The only thing the other would need is washers and attachment bolts - maybe.
I'd call Walck's and ask if the cheaper version is as pictured or if the hangers have hardware to attach to the frame, i.e are they complete generic hangers? Then you'll know.
FWIW, the Parts Manual (PM) I have says, the bolts are 5/16" x 24 and vary from 3/4" to 1" in length (just get all 1"). So to have a complete set, you'd need bolts, flat washer, lock washer (and also a large fender washer) and finally a nut for each.
There may be a bit of fabricating needed. You may have remnants of hangers still on your jeep that can be reused.
What I do see missing on both is an additional hanger on the tail pipe that attaches to the spare tire reinforcement under the wheel well. Since I used generic hangers, it was no big deal to add that. Mine has hangers front and rear of the muffler and the tail pipe is pretty stiff BUT the PM shows a hanger there.

ill have to crawl under there and see what is left and reusable
