Title: Spare tire support plate

Trying to find out what the spare tyre support plate looks like in a 1953 cj3a.
Would it be the one with a 6 inch hole in it like the cj2a or a small 3inch hole.

Is it the internal support that fits inside the wheel house?

Here is a picture of the one that came out of my '51.

Didn't measure the hole but it looks larger than 3"
