I was knowing that bench pad existed but I did'nt known about the center seat.

Post by: 1955CJ-5 on January 22, 2015, 11:01:09 PM: I have one of those center seat inserts.....I don't remember who made it, it has a tag on it, and I'm sure I have a better picture somewhere....but this was taken on that glorious day when I purchased the jeep.. Note the other "accessories"!

Does it is easy to install and remove?

Can you share some pictures of the rear of it?

I'm just curious how it is made.

I have a wife and three kids so I think it would be a good idea to add one place on my jeep.

It just slips in and out.... it rests on the passenger and driver seat rails....

It was one of those things that just set the hook a little deeper when I saw the jeep....

And the flip side is that it's neat to see that the seat was an accessory meant specifically for the early CJ's.....
