Last weekend I was in the area so I stopped by to see Mona over at Newlife. We had a real nice chat, she is well but very busy. It seems she is having a very difficult time keeping the help so she is doing all the work herself. She is now just able to keep up with incoming orders but is booked out at least 6-8 weeks. She does not have much for completed inventory as all of that has sold and she has no time to sew up more.
So here is the good news, I did buy a set of bows from her and as we were talking we designed up a bag for the 3A bow set, then we made a prototype. The bag is 53 inches long, 12wide, with a flap cover and snap. I think it's a great storage bag for the complete bow set while in transit or storage. I'm going to put a coat of paint on my bows tonight and then will post pictures this weekend.

Here's the bag with a set of bows laid on top:

This is with all of the bows and rods inserted inside:

This is how it sits in the jeep, straight across the back, I'm going to ask Mona to line up the straps with the footman loos on the tail gate, that way the straps can tie the bag into the jeep as well:

I like the bag...as it is I have mine in a box that is one size too small.....
Did you see the door frames that they offer? I'm still thinking of ordering a top, with doors...and with summer coming I won't be in a hurry to get it....

I have seen the door frames, I live near Prior Lake MN, that's where Midwest Military is, John does all of the bows and metal work for Mona's stuff. John is a real stickler for accuracy and detail in his metal work and parts. He is very involved in the G503 and MVPA, and he has received some awards from them for his work. Good Stuff, very accurate, highly detailed.

I spoke with John not long ago to help dispel the rumor that he had bought New Life Canvas. He even offered to hand carry my order to Mona to make sure she got it, since I was having trouble getting her on the phone.
I've bought a few small parts from him. He is always helpful. I'm sure the doors and the top frames are the best available..
Thanks for the help and the pictures!

I like it!

I like it also, keep in mind that o.d. would look awful on a lot of civvy jeeps. I would prefer the gray that the tops and seat stuff is made in or even black but would not buy it in o.d.
