I hate it when vendors short you on an order.  Don't get me wrong, I really like Walcks and have spent a couple thousand dollars on parts from them, however this is the second time I've had parts not show up in the box but be on my invoice and packing slip.  I'll call them on Monday and I'm sure they will make it right, but it does make me mad.  >:(

Haven't had a parts issue with Walck's--the orders I've gotten have been correct.  But I find they really don't want to answer questions by email.

I contacted them and they sent me the missing part via 2 day so I got it quickly.  I knew they'd make it right.
