Title: ATTN: Northeast flatty owners
Post by: garage gnome on January 06, 2013, 12:45:12 PM
I'm wondering how many flat fender owners in Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Mass, New York, Connecticut and Rhode Island would be interested in starting a club? I think there are a lot of us who would like to do something. I know Ryan Murdock was interested.

Nate, like you know, we don't have an organized club in this part of the country at all that I know of.  Here in Maine there are many flatfenders of all kinds throughout the state.  Even for us within just one state, travel distance is a problem.  I believe that if we had an annual gathering, rotating around our states, we would come.  Just like the Field of Dreams.  Terry

It's funny, I can think of 3 other flat fenders within 5 miles of me and I have no idea who they belong to. I may go introduce myself in my Willys next spring.

Count me in to the club.

Count me in!
Motivation to get mine road worthy.

Funny, I was just thinking about this earlier today. I belong to another club with which I run my '86 Comanche. It is getting harder to find people who are keeping their Jeeps lightly modified and close to stock.

I'm in Foxboro, MA btw.

Ok, cool! If you are a 2A page member, could please post in that thread too? It would be easier since then everybody would be in the same place. Easier to keep track.  ;) If not, that is fine too.
