Title: STUCK MOTOR - I'M STUCK

I've tried vinegar, several penetrating oils, diesel, tapping pistons with hammer and block, pulling, rocking, chipped tooth on the fly wheel from a flat bar, stripped crank shaft nut with a 3 foot cheater bar - all with absolutely not a movement.  I'm assuming this means pulling the motor and beating parts out?  I did take the tub off - believe it or not - all by myself with my tractor this weekend.  Did not damage the steering column.  Took the steering wheel off with seven days of penetrating oil and my hammer and a piece of oak.  Popped right off.  Not the same luck with the motor.  Thanks guys - jeffb

Your valves may be stuck then it will not move with out damage.  Dissasemble it and rebuild.

You will have to pull the engine and remove the crank and then with the block setting upright fill the cylinders with vinegar and leave it for a week. Then with a wood block that is almost as large as the bore and a dead blow hammer carefully hit the pistons once or twice each day until they start moving. It takes a long time to free up stuck pistons and valves. Spray some vinegar on each valve guide each day and try to turn them or move them gently.

It sounds like you have been forcing things a little to much.

But saw it on tv and it looks promising, and on their site they have a video testimonial from a guy who used it to free a seized engine...

Might be worth a try?

Yep, carlsjeep and macrisel are right. Mine was stuck too and it was a matter of using PB Blaster, sit for a couple days, hit it a couple times (wood block and hammer), wash-rinse-repeat until it finally came loose. It took about 3 weeks to get it going.

My dad used to use a concoction of 50/50 linseed oil and turpentine, pour it on the pistons and let it sit.  My cousin uses diesel fuel, his brother uses Coke a cola, CarlsJeep usese Vinegar.  I think its just going to take some time.

Believe me if your valves are rusted it is not moveing  tear it apart...you are going to have to anyway.
