Title: Wilesco D365 Steam Roller

I've been posting more non-Jeep stuff here lately than Jeep related topics but I'm having more luck with the other stuff so you get to see that for now. The Jeep projects continue but I need a little distraction every so often.

Here's another nifty item I acquired over the weekend - a Wilesco Steam Roller. It's an actual working steam roller with a fully operational steam boiler. Pretty cool little rig.

The lever I'm messing with near the steering wheel activates the steam whistle but my el-cheapo camera can't pick up the sound. My dogs were not pleased...

That is very cool....does it have the little tray with those special cubes that you light to heat the water?

When I was working we would sometimes land at Buffalo, NY, and we would stay at the Williamsville inn, in Willamsville of course....and there was a toy shop down the street, and they had a whole display of steam engines, tractors etc.....those little tractors were the best...next to the chicken wings!

There is a little tray that you fill with four solid fuel tablets. Light the tablets, slide the tray in place, and within 2 or 3 minutes the water is boiling and you're steam powered!
