I run a similar set up on my '53. It works ok. A little fog gets left in the two bottom corners of the windshield, but its better than a rag! It used to be posted here, but the new forum software messed everything up.

This might be of interest too. I made some mods to my heater to get the defroster working better.

Thanks! Hot air does blow out, but there hasn't been any really cold weather here yet to give it a test.

Yall may laugh, but after seeing a picture of a jeep defroster awhile back, I just had to make one for myself.(I know you can buy one, but I'm a scrounger...uhh err i mean tight wad [smiley=shocked.gif]) It has the added bonus of keeping the wife more comfortable. The more comfortable she is, the more jeep adventures she wants to go on ;) ;)
