Craig asked about the tire.  It is an old Goodyear  "SureTrac"  6:00x16.  directional.  I love the tread, but unfortunately they are not made anymore.

Here is where we are today.. rebuilt engine, transmission, rear axle, new bearings and seals in front axle and transfer case. 
Frame cleaned and painted with POR 15.  Drive lines rebuilt and installed.  Working to finish front steering.

Here is what we started with... the tub is a "bubba" fab from the firewall back.  This was all stripped off and dissembled down to the frame.

Starting a  50' Cj3A restore. Engine is done. All torn down  to the frame finally. Hopefully by spring we will have a completed project.
