zerowily,
Welcome!  Sounds like you're getting started on a fine collection!

I do own a  67 CJ5  and I am excited about the 1949 CJ3a I am getting from my Father-in-law. It is all in driving condition, but may need some work on the brakes.

I would like to restore it to original look as much as possible. It currently is a dark brown color which I do not believe is original, but have not been around it enough yet to look for old paint.

I am looking forward to learning as much as I can here. I am not a mechanic by any means.

Thanks in advance.
