If I may. Having the PCV system plumbed into the vacuum end of a D/A pump is designed to augment the vacuum used to operate the PCV during acceleration. Your motor was designed with the D/A pump as original equipment. Don't shortchange the motor's performance.

it was a problem with condensation but we thought possibly there might be blockage in the ventilation system.

Since your fuel pump has no vacuum side to it (would be on the bottom of the fuel pump) then you can do like Mytwojeeps2020 did and just pinch off that tube off the T fitting or cap it.  At the flat valve cover you should have the PCV valve (see images in above link).

I'm restoring a 1954 CJ3B. I'm to the point where I'm putting things back together on the engine. The vacuum line runs from the intake just below the carb, runs around the front of the engine and into one side of the T fitting. The center of the T goes into the valve spring chamber and the other side of the T goes into mid air, wasn't hooked to anything. Thats the way it was when I got it. The wipers are electric. The fuel pump is run by the cam shaft and has only has in and out ports for the fuel. My question is where does this go or can I just plug that side? Any help would be much appreciated. Thank You.
