Pascal, I know this will be a lot of work but my sincere thanks!!!  I do think the merger was the best of all options.

I've likely got about as much experience with these interactive Bulletin Boards as anyone concerning time and volume of comments.
SO....If you all don't mind I'll tell you what I'm thinking.
I basically I expect that the merged forum can easily double in it's useage or activity.

Is everyone O.K. with that ?

Furthermore I've found there are certain basic methods by which the forum activity can be greatly increased or decreased.
So how just how much activity is to be desired becomes the end result ???
As far as I know this forum operates as a democratic membership.
So I'm going to ask just how much activity do you all hope to see ?
Same activity... double... triple or maximum ?

Thanks for your comments... KEN

:D I agree with everyone else, with the recent changes it has been harder to for me to keep in touch with the 3B crowd, Derek keeps a topnotch jeep website. I have been a member there and here for the last ten or so years.

I'm pretty easy breezy about the new name, but we will want it to be a top hit when being searched for using Google, Edge, Safari, etc.  This means we will probably do best to use the models names represented here.  I think Russ may be on the right track.

That said, we can open up a poll with some of the suggested choices and see what wins.

The Civilian Flatfender Forum would make a nice name if we somehow had the 2-A's included.
But like I've already been told; that name may not function so well with most search engines.

As I understand it, your address will remain as is, i.e. cj3apage.com.

You have a link at the top for the CJ3A Page .  Perhaps also include one for the CJ3B Page so that both are linked.

A name here for the forum could be similar to: The Flat Fender Forum for CJ3A DJ3A and CJ3B or CJ/DJ 3A and CJ 3B.

Just a couple of examples.

How do we will call our "new" forum?

The CDJ3AB Forum?

I'm going to contact Roberto for a consultation.

So I'll throw this potential concern out there.
I suppose perhaps the revamped forum would be renamed ???
If so we need good suggestions for the title and that may become part of Roberto's proposed new artistic challenge.

athawk11.... I tried to message you but am unable to enter any member name into the recipient box.
Recipient box worked before but it is not working now ???
Maybe you can PM me ?

I'd like to see what Roberto would create.  The venture could be our gain.
