Yes.  All Flat Fender shields are interchangeable.  The pivot brackets are slightly different between the 2A/MB...and the 3A. 

The 2A shield is about 2-1/2" taller than the MB shield.
The 2A shield is 3"ish shorter than a 3A shield.

Yes.

The MB shield is pretty short.  You might have to reduce the thickness of your seat cushion a bit.
