Thanks Guys,For this reason your first thing to do is go to a boat shop and get an anchor with a rope. If you need to stop throw it out and hold on to the rope...First tie the rope to the anchor
The wheel is toast so not a huge problem.� Engine runs great, tranny leaks like a sieve, brakes make you pick up speed
Bought a camera just for this project, and a huge supply of baggies ( I got them from the hippy next door... Just used once, but theysmell funny.....not really)

If you are restoring it and taking the tub off, I would suggest starting with soaking the steering wheel hub with oil.
