OK...here is a picture of the old originals..

They are Torrington Bearings, # B-188

You might be able to source a more accurate measurement.

I'm going to make a bushing. Those needle bearings are not the greatest thing in the world.

Mine is already back together and installed. But I have the old bearings..I never throw anything out....I'll see if I can find them, they have a number that you may be able to cross reference, or at the very least I can measure them...
