Wheel Cylinder: Rear.  Wagner Lockheed.  Identifiable marks... Stamped-"USA", "FD 7544", and "61" There is also a raised "3"

Would this be original?  Is the 61 a date stamp?

I Searched the WWW. and found nothing.  In fact, I found very little history on Lockheed Wagner in general.

Aside from the cylinder, if anyone can point me to decent historical information on Lockheed Wagner, I would like to learn.  I know Lockheed sold out and became a gold miner....died without a dime to his name.
