Kind CJ3A Family Experts,

The cap on my brake fluid reservoir is stuck. The cap of has two low rise flanges not much to grip. What tool recco do you have to get down in that hard to reach space that can grab both flanges so I can get leverage to loosen the cap?

Need to check my brake fluid and I am sure someone might have a bright idea. Thanks so very much!!
