My tool box is a reproduction also...It did not come with mounting holes.You are pretty well set fore and aft as the brackets hang over the front lip of the box....

Here are a couple more pictures.  Yours may fit a little differently.. :)

Thanks, I thought they might go up there. I just wasn't sure. I just got a new tool box also cause mine came without one.

Those two brackets that the front seat legs slip into mount to the top of the tool box. Here are a couple pictures....I'll post more if I can find better pictures....

I have purchased new attachment mounts for my new factory passenger seat frame. Does anyone have a pic of how or what these attach to on the floor? My 3a was purchased with a new floor and no seats so I'm not sure where to go with this. Still waiting on delivery of the seat frame.
