Firefox is a product of the Mozilla group.
They also do Thunderbird (email) and a ton of other stuff the average person has never heard of.
The confusion arises from the fact that the original Netscape web browser was based on code called Mozilla during development. Later the browser was also called Mozilla by many, adding to the confusion.

I thought Mozilla and Firefox are the same? 10.9x 2 = 21.8

There is a news article saying not to use IE until Windows does a security update. They have a serious issue with hacking into IE.
