Yes it is. The CJ-3A mirror will pivot totally out of the way for those really tight places.

It's a 2003 Rubicon that I purchased new. Now it has D60 high pinion axles front and rear with 40" MTRs. I've had it out wheelin' with a couple of CJ-3A Forum members.
